Patricia Bulgarelli

Bulgarelli has run eight half-marathons and walked the 100-mile “Camino de Santiago” in Spain four times.
Patricia Bulgarelli has been a guide in the upper elementary classrooms at Alcuin school since 2013. She has a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from UNESP, Sao Paulo, Brazil, and a master’s degree in Education from Southern Methodist University. Additionally, she holds the American Montessori Society certification for the primary, lower, and upper elementary levels.

Bulgarelli enjoys teaching, researching, and having fun with her students.  She considers herself very lucky for having been a teacher for more than 25 years. She loves coaching the cross country team, which gives her a chance to stay in the game with another passion of hers: running.

Some of her hobbies are hiking and camping, tap dancing, reading, and traveling. Her favorite place to be when not in her classroom is outdoors exploring nature somewhere here or around the world. Some of her proudest accomplishments, other than having raised two wonderful daughters, are having run eight half- marathons and walking the 100-mile “Camino de Santiago” in Spain four times.
