Teacher Evaluations and Student Records

Teacher Evaluations should be delegated and submitted through Ravenna Solutions.

If your child is applying to another ISAS school in Dallas, you may ask your child's teacher to send the completed ISAAD form directly and confidentially to us at admissions@alcuinschool.org 
 
Student records may be uploaded through Ravenna Solutions or sent by email to admissions@alcuinschool.org.

  • Toddler (18 months to 3 years)

    • Children eligible for this program at 18 months up to 2.2 years.
    • Application and fee – Submit online.
    • Parent Questionnaire – Complete online.
    • Prospective Parent Meeting – Both parents attend.
    • Family interview - In-person child stays with parents for 45-minute interview
  • Primary (3 to 6 years)

    • Application and fee – Submit online.
    • Parent Questionnaire – Complete online.
    • Prospective Parent Meeting – Both parents attend.
    • Additional document: Teacher evaluation when child attends a program
    Half Day serves children ages 3 and 4
    • Family interview - In-person: child stays with parents for 45-minute interview
    • In-person Primary Group Interview: January 12
    Extended Day serves children ages 5 to 6 years 
    • Virtual Parent interview
    • In-person Classroom Visit
    • Kindergarten Readiness Test (KRT)
