  • Tuition Financing Plan

Alcuin School recognizes that many families are more comfortable paying tuition on a monthly basis rather than in an annual lump sum payment. The goal of the Tuition Financing Program is to provide all eligible Alcuin School families with a convenient and affordable means to meet their financial obligations. Participants in this program make a series of tuition payments over a nine-month period from June through February.
  • Monthly Payment Plan

Parents may elect to pay their tuition and fees over a 9-month period. For this option, a convenience charge of 3% of the declining balance will be assessed.

  • Tuition Refund Plan

Alcuin School provides a program designed to minimize the financial impact on a family when a student is forced to withdraw for medical, personal, or academic reasons. This program helps families protect against unforeseen occurrences that might prevent their child from completing the school year. Depending upon the circumstances for withdrawal, partial tuition refunds are granted to those who participate in this program.

Please note: An additional fee is required to participate in this program. The Tuition Refund Program is required for the 9-month payment plan.

Financial Aid

Alcuin School values the diverse economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds that make up our school community.  While our expectation is that families will contribute what they can to their student’s tuition, we also know that families may need assistance in paying tuition and fees.

Our Financial Assistance Program is designed to support families who demonstrate financial need. The FAST (Financial Aid for Student Tuition) service is used to review each family’s request. The process is completely confidential and only persons directly involved in the financial aid decision making process or in its administration see the information provided.

For the 2023-2024 school year, Alcuin awarded $2.3 million in tuition assistance to support 89 students.
