Alcuin Summer

June 3 - July 12

Alcuin Summer programs will be held from June 3 - July 12 and are open to all students from ages 3-13 from inside and outside the Alcuin community. The program offers an exciting variety of weekly camps led by both Alcuin Faculty and the best educational vendors in the Metroplex. There are morning, afternoon, and full-day camps, as well as an after-care options for working families. The summer Montessori Programs are open to current and new Alcuin students.

Registration

Registration is available through the online registration portal at:
alcuin.campbrainregistration.com.
 
  • The Montessori Programs are reserved for current or new Alcuin students only. All other camps are open to the public.
  • Camp payment will be collected in full at the time of registration, along with a $25 registration fee. Registration fees are waived for all registration received before March 15, 2024. Registration will close 5 days prior to each camp’s start date.
  • A $50 late fee will be automatically added to each camp registration received less than two weeks before the camp’s start date.
  • Camps are limited in size and available on a first come, first served basis. Camps with insufficient enrollment are subject to cancellation.

  • Lunches & Snacks

    Campers registered for a full day of camp (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM) must bring a packed lunch, no heat-ups. 

    Light packaged snacks will be provided during both morning and afternoon camps. Campers with food allergies should bring their own snacks. Alcuin Summer is a NUT FREE environment.

    Campers staying for a full-day or afternoon session of Adventure Camp will have lunch in their classroom. 
  • Camp Transitions

    Students enrolled in both morning and afternoon camps will be escorted by their morning camp instructor to the supervised communal outdoor area for lunch and play time at 11:30 AM. At 12:15 PM students will be picked up by their afternoon camp instructor. There is no additional fee for this transition time.
  • Cancellations & Refund Policy

    • Cancellation requests received 14+ days prior to the camp’s start date will be fully refunded, minus a $50 cancellation fee, per camp. Requests received 7–13 days prior to the camp’s start date that do not cause insufficient enrollment will receive a 50% refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee, per camp.
    • Requests that cause insufficient enrollment will not be refunded.
    • Requests received less than 7 days prior to a camp’s start date will not be refunded.
    • If Alcuin Summer cancels a camp for any reason, prior to its start date, a full refund will be issued. If Alcuin Summer cancels a camp mid-week for a COVID-19 related reason, you will receive a prorated refund.
    • Camp change requests are contingent upon availability. A $25 camp change fee will be applied for each camp change that is made. Camp changes cannot be made after a camp has begun.
  • Toileting Requirement

    Campers must be toileting independently to register for camps, with the exception of Toddler Montessori Program. If a camper has more than one accident during a week’s time, the camper will no longer be able to attend camp for that week and camp tuition will not be refunded. If a camper has an accident, he/she will be required to change their own clothing with minimal assistance from an adult.

After Care

After Care is available from 3:30–5:00 PM for $125 per week for campers ages 3 and up. After Care availability is limited and should be added at the time of camp registration. Upon availability, a daily drop-in option may be available for $30 per drop-in visit, per child.
Camp Tahatan is only open to Alcuin students.
