  • 2026 - 2027 Tuition

    At Alcuin, students don't just learn-they experience. From exploring coral reefs while studying climate change to participating in international excursions, our students graduate with a global perspective, ready to thrive in top universities and beyond. These opportunities aren't extras-they're at the heart of who we are.
     
    Our updated tuition reflects a commitment to transparency, with fewer fees and more comprehensive offerings that enrich every student’s experience. Textbooks, local and international curricular travel, leadership development, and advanced technology access are all included.

  • Tuition Payment Options

    Understanding that different families have different needs, we've created flexible payment options:
     
    Option l: Tuition and Fees Paid in Full
    • Fees Due: June l, 2026
     
    Option 2: Tuition Paid in 9 Monthly Installments
    • 9 Monthly Installments paid June l, 2026- February l, 2027
    • Monthly installment plan requires a monthly charge of 3% of the declining balance.
    • Monthly installment plan requires Tuition Refund Program.

Tuition by Grade

Financial Aid

Alcuin School values the diverse economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds that make up our school community.  While our expectation is that families will contribute what they can to their student’s tuition, we also know that families may need assistance in paying tuition and fees.
 
Our Financial Assistance Program is designed to support families who demonstrate financial need. Alcuin uses Clarity as its third party financial aid processor to review each family’s request. The process is completely confidential and only persons directly involved in the financial aid decision making process or in its administration see the information provided.
 
For the 2025-26 school year, Alcuin awarded $2.4M in tuition assistance to support 97 students. As we continue to meet the demonstrated need of our families, Alcuin School will not be participating in the Texas Education Savings Account (ESA)/Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) program at this time.
