- • Click the Register button for each webinar you wish to attend
- • Authenticate via email with a one-time passcode (OTP)
- • Complete the Zoom registration form
- • Add events to your calendar using the "Add to Calendar" button
Recording & Resource Access
- • Recordings: Available 1 hour after each live webinar
- • Resources: Accessible in the Lobby within 48-72 hours of presentation
- • Reminders: Zoom sends reminders 1 week, 1 day, and 1 hour before each webinar
- • Access Duration: Fall webinars available until December 31, 2025; Spring webinars available until June 30, 2026
