Welcome New Toddler Faculty
Bringing expertise in bilingual education, Montessori training, and child development
Michelle Saldivar - Toddler Guide
Michelle is joining us as a Toddler Guide in our bilingual toddler classroom. A Montessori child herself, Michelle embraces Montessori not just as a career, but as a way of life. She holds AMI diplomas at both the 0–3 (Toddler) and 3–6 (Primary) levels and is entering her tenth year as a Montessori educator. She has worked extensively in bilingual communities and is also fluent in Mexican Sign Language, just one of the many unique skills she brings to our school community.
Ana Garza - Toddler Assistant
Ana is joining us as a Toddler Assistant. Originally from Brazil, Ana is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English and worked professionally as a Portuguese translator for many years. She first discovered Alcuin through her children and quickly fell in love with the community, especially the toddler classrooms. She now brings her language expertise and warm spirit to support our bilingual toddler class.
Ashley Wagley - Toddler Assistant
Ashley is joining us as a Toddler Assistant. She was initially on the path to becoming a registered nurse but took a detour when she discovered her passion for working with young children. Ashley recently completed her AMI 0–3 (Toddler) Montessori training at the Montessori Institute of North Texas. Her Montessori training and medical background foster a calm, steady presence, which she brings to bear on her work in the classroom.
Join us in welcoming these exceptional educators to the Alcuin community.
