Alex Chambers - Primary Guide

With a Master's in Education from Harvard and AMI guide training, Alex brings incredible expertise. Her passions for nature, early childhood development, and beautifully prepared learning environments enrich every aspect of her classroom.

Taylor Beck - Primary Assistant

A lifelong Montessorian, Taylor is AMI Primary trained and a graduate of Southern Methodist University with degrees in psychology and philosophy. She also holds minors in Chinese, education, and cognitive science. Taylor’s diverse academic background and experience in camps and aftercare programs bring depth and warmth to her role at Alcuin.

Nicole Radunsky - MPC Lead

Nicole brings a dynamic blend of expertise and energy to Alcuin. As a certified martial arts master with black belts in eight disciplines and a trained Montessori Primary educator, she combines discipline with deep educational insight. Nicole holds degrees in psychology and economics, and her international experience includes work with an NGO in Ghana. 

Helen Ahderom - MPC/ASE Assistant

Helen brings a background in public health and a strong commitment to wellness and community development. Her experience includes work with the City of Denton and leadership roles in athletics programming at Royal Oaks Country Club. Helen’s thoughtful, health-centered approach supports the holistic growth of our students.

May Bracy - MPC/ASE Assistant

A Montessori graduate and alumna of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, May brings creativity and energy to her role. Her leadership as president of a tabletop games club reflects her love of strategic thinking and student engagement, an asset to our program.

Alex Espinal - MPC/ASE Assistant

Alex is a bilingual educator (English and Spanish) with a creative flair and a deep commitment to student support. A talented artist and former Alcuin substitute, Alex brings a warm, imaginative approach to every classroom interaction.

Johanna Fritzler - MPC/ASE Assistant

With a background in psychology and human resources design, Johanna brings exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Spanish, she enhances communication across diverse communities and contributes to thoughtful, inclusive classroom systems.

Tasia Massinburg - MPC/ASE Assistant

Tasia holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and social work from TCU and brings a strong background in child-centered service. Her passion for community engagement and her active role in Delta Sigma Theta sorority reflect her commitment to empowering young learners through compassion and connection.

Taylor Wright - MPC/ASE Assistant

Taylor brings a background in arts, design, and educational support, drawing on experience managing a book and record shop as well as time serving as an Alcuin substitute. Their passion for art and illustration is a welcome addition the Primary program.

Shanda Sternberg - MPC/ASE Assistant

Shanda infuses the classroom with energy and leadership drawn from her background as a dance performer, ski and snowboard instructor, and Alcuin soccer coach. While completing her degree, she supported the Summerscape program and continues to be a vibrant, positive presence on campus.
