We will accept applications (3 years old through 10th grade) for the 2027-28 school year beginning September 1, 2026.
Teacher Evaluations and Student Records
Teacher Evaluations should be delegated and submitted through Ravenna Solutions.
If your child is applying to another ISAS school in Dallas, you may ask your child's teacher to send the completed ISAAD form directly and confidentially to us at admissions@alcuinschool.org

Toddler (18 months to 3 years)
- Children eligible for placement in this program from 18-26 months
- Application and fee: Submit online
- Discover Alcuin: Both parents attend
- Parent Questionnaire: Complete online
- Family Check-In: Child and parents meet with Admission representative for 45-minutes

Primary (3 to 6 years)
- Applications accepted for the 2027-28 school year beginning Sept. 1, 2026.
- Application and fee: Submit online by January 22, 2027
- Discover Alcuin Meeting: Both parents attend
- Parent Questionnaire: Complete online
- Additional document: Teacher evaluation if a child currently attends daycare or another school program
- Family Check-In: Child and parents meet with Director of Admission for 45-minutes
- Primary Group Visit: One-hour classroom visit (date TBD January)
- Virtual Parent Check-in
- Primary Visit: One-hour classroom visit (individual dates scheduled by Admission Office)
- Kindergarten Readiness Test (KRT): Administered on campus (individual dates scheduled by Admission Office)
