Shelby Navalta
Outside of Navalta's passion for Montessori she enjoys traveling abroad and weightlifting. She believes that life should be an equal balance of work and play.
Shelby Navalta is continuing her Montessori journey at Alcuin as an Upper Elementary Academic Coach. She received her bachelor’s degree in Education from Texas A&M, but, being a Montessori and IB child herself, she chose to focus on Montessori Education and received her AMI Primary Diploma.
Navalta decided to further her education and receive her master's degree in Special Education from SMU while working in the classroom.
