Registration for Alcuin Summer will open on February 3, 2020 at 8:00 AM


Alcuin Summer runs from June 3-July 14 and is open to all students inside and outside of the Alcuin community between the ages 3-14. We have a wide variety of weekly camps led by both Alcuin Faculty and the best educational vendors in the metroplex. There are morning, afternoon, and full-day options, as well as Before and After Care for working families. Additionally, we offer Summer Montessori Programs for current and new Alcuin students.

Summer Camp General Information

  • Online Registration

    Online registration must be completed by Friday, May 24, 2019. Registration fees will not be applied to Early Bird Registration completed before March 24, 2019. Many camps fill up fast, so we encourage families to register before the deadline.
  • Tuition

    Tuition is due in full at the time of registration. All payments will be collected through Camp Brain, the online registration portal. A $50 late registration fee will be added to all registrations submitted after May 24, 2019.
  • Before and After Care

    Before and After Care are available at an additional cost for students ages 3 and. Before Care is from 8:00–9:00am and After Care is from 4:00–5:30pm for campers ages 3 and older. No drop-in option is available during summer. Campers registered in Before Care and/or After Care will be escorted to their destinations at the appropriate arrival and/or dismissal times.
  • Lunch & Half Day Camp Transition

    At 12:00pm campers enrolled for a Full-Day* camp or both Morning and Afternoon* camps will be brought to the Wyly for a supervised lunch break (no additional cost). Campers must bring a packed lunch (no heat-ups) Monday-Thursday. On Fridays, a pizza lunch will be provided. No sweets or sodas are permitted and those items will be sent home. Milk and water will be served during lunchtime. Alcuin Summer is a NUT FREE environment.

    Following lunch, campers will participate in fun activities and/or short, school-appropriate short films until 12:45pm, when they will be picked up by their afternoon camp instructors.
     
    *Campers staying for a full day that are registered for Primary Adventure Camp will have lunch in their classroom.
  • Toileting Requirement

    With the exception of the campers enrolled in the Toddler Montessori Program, all campers must be toileting independently in order to participate in the Alcuin Summer Program. Students who have more than one accident will be dismissed for the remainder of the camp and will receive a 50% camp tuition refund, less the registration fee(s).
  • Cancellations and Refunds

    If Alcuin cancels a program, you will receive a full refund.
     
    If you withdraw your child 14+ days prior to the camp’s start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Late registration fees are non-refundable.
     
    If you withdraw your child 7–13 days prior to the camp’s start date and your child’s withdrawal brings the total number of campers below the minimum number required for the camp to proceed, you will not be refunded nor permitted to transfer your tuition to another camp.
     
    If your child’s withdrawal does not impact the ability of the camp to proceed and is received 7–13 days prior to the camp’s start date, you will receive a 50% refund, less a $50 processing fee. Late registration fees are non-refundable.
     
    Cancellation requests received less than 7 days prior to a camp’s start date will not be refunded.
