Camps are limited in size and available on a first come, first served basis. Camps with
insufficient enrollment are subject to cancellation.

For campers ages 3 and older, Before Care is available from 7:45–9:00 am and After Care is available from 4:00–5:30 pm. Before Care is $95 per week and After Care is $120 per week. Upon availability, a daily drop-in option may be available for $30 per drop-in visit (morning or afternoon), per child.
  • Lunches & Snacks

Campers registered for a full day of camp (9:00 am–4:00 pm) must either bring a packed lunch (no heat-ups) or order lunch through Wholesome Food Services for Monday-Thursday. Through the Wholesome Food Services website, lunch can be ordered and delivered from a different restaurant each day: Rusty Taco, Chick-Fil-A, Mooyah, and Pei Wei. Orders must be placed by 1:00 pm the day before delivery. Meal fees vary by meal/restaurant. On Fridays, a pizza lunch and popsicle will be provided at no additional charge for campers attending a full day of camp. Milk and water will be provided.

Light snacks will be provided during both morning and afternoon camps. Campers with food allergies are encouraged to bring their own snacks. Alcuin Summer is a NUT FREE environment.
  • Camp Transitions

Transitions between Half Day Camps will occur between 12:00 – 1:00 pm. Campers will be escorted by their morning camp instructor to the Wyly Performing Arts Center for lunch and play, then picked up by their afternoon camp instructor. There is no additional fee for this transition time.
  • Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent to summer@alcuinschool.org.

Cancellation requests received 14+ days prior to the camp’s start date will be fully refunded, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Requests received 7–13 days prior to the camp’s start date that do not cause insufficient enrollment, will receive a 50% refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Requests that do cause insufficient enrollment will not be refunded.

Requests received less than 7 days prior to a camp’s start date will not be refunded.

If Alcuin cancels a camp, you will receive a full refund.
  • Toileting Requirement

Campers must be toileting independently to register for camps, with the exception of Toddler
Montessori Program. If a camper has more than one accident during a week’s time, the camper will no longer be able to attend camp for that week and camp tuition will not be refunded. If a camper has an accident, he/she will be required to change their own clothing with minimal assistance from an adult.
  • Weather & Closure Policy

If the Alcuin Summer Program must close for less than three days due to events outside our control—e.g. acts of God, power outages, etc.—there will be no pro-rated refunds. If the school closure is three or more days, prorated refunds will be issued for any written requests submitted within 7 days.
