*** Children under the age of 5 at enrollment are only eligible for the Primary half day program. Families needing After Care in addition to half day Primary should apply for Montessori Primary Care (MPC) at an additional cost. MPC

9-Monthly Payments are the rate after non-refundable $1,000 New Student Fee.
The Business Office will provide a personalized, detailed schedule of all costs at your convenience.

Financial Aid

Alcuin School believes that the family has the primary responsibility for financing a child’s education. However, we do offer partial financial aid, based on financial need, to current and new students. In order to be considered for Financial Aid, the family will need to complete an application through FAST (Financial Aid for Student Tuition) by following the link below. More information about the application process and required documentation can be obtained through the Business Office.

Tuition Financing Plan

Alcuin School recognizes that many families are more comfortable paying tuition on a monthly basis rather than in an annual lump sum payment. The goal of the Tuition Financing Program is to provide all eligible Alcuin School families with a convenient and affordable means to meet their financial obligations. Participants in this program make a series of tuition payments over a nine-month period from June through February.

Monthly Payment Plan
Parents may elect to pay their tuition and fees over a 9-month period. For this option, a convenience charge of 10% of the declining balance will be assessed.

Tuition Refund Program

Alcuin School provides a program designed to minimize the financial impact on a family when a student is forced to withdraw for medical, personal, or academic reasons. This program helps families protect against unforeseen occurrences that might prevent their child from completing the school year. Depending upon the circumstances for withdrawal, partial tuition refunds are granted to those who participate in this program.

Please note: An additional fee is required to participate in this program. The Tuition Refund Program is required for the 9-month payment plan.
